Immature mini pine cones.
 The cones are blanched 5 times.
 1 kg of pine cones - 2 liters of water and 2 kilos of sugar - boil gently for 4 - 5 hours. Be careful not to burn (add more water if necessary) or boil over.
 Supplied in 5 kg boxes.
