Michael thrives as the dedicated chefs and the best restaurants' extended arm for the wild, the foraged and the cultivated.

We have our own fields in Lejre, where we grow a careful selection of organic specialty vegetables, flowers and berries, all selected with a focus on quality and taste. Michael and his team are constantly working to innovate and grow unique organic products of high quality. Our goal is to ensure that you and your guests can get the best possible taste experience, no matter what the season offers.
